So were a little late but... Guess who has a foster family?!? CHARLIE!!! We cant thank Elisa and her wonderfully patient hubby for welcoming him with open arms. Elisa came to the event to pick up and foster our little girl Starr (one of the two babies who came in with sarcoptic mange) and instead chose Charlie because hes waited longer and was usually looked over for the puppy puppies. How awesome!! (Starr found a foster to adopt home shortly after too!). Charlie was an angel all day at the event with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, kids, cats, you name it.
