So what does it actually mean to Max out!? Maxing out means that you push push push... after the warm up of course, and once you get to a point in which you feel absolutely wasted, exhausted, and your lungs might explode out of your chest, you take an active rest! you walk away and you write down the time in which you maxed out. You then catch your breath and jump right back into your Insanity Max 30 workout! Many people ask me Do I just stop and then pick back up the next day? No, you still get a full good workout. You still get a solid 30 minutes, you just take a breather to catch up with yourself.
