So, who else tuned in for last nights first episode of the BBC adaptation of Wolf Hall? It was much slower paced than I was expecting but I have to say that I really loved it and thought that it perfectly conveyed the grim menace, dark humour and occasional flashes of glorious illumination that made the books so wonderfully powerful.
