So yesterday I am assisting the lovely Heather Saunders with her wedding and while out doing portraits with the bride and groom a car pulls up, the guy leans out his window and tells the couple congratulations and asks if he can get a picture with them. I say no to the guy knowing that Heather is about to stop traffic to photograph the couple in the middle of the street. The groom says yes, please! Can we get a picture with you? And out of the car steps Devin Gardner, Michigans quarterback. Being a Spartan, I had no clue who he was and felt like a total ass for telling him No. What a totally random awesome moment for the couple (both Michigan grads) and what a total foot-in-the-mouth moment for Jen!
