So yesterday my phone got shut off in the middle of a conversation. When I called to see why they said my bill is due the 6th and that it was the 7th would I like to make a payment. I said I did on the first. Wouldnt that be enough time to add the money to my account? They turned my phone back on. I asked how can this happen? They said its a glitch in their system they keep trying to fix. Wow really? Has anyone else had this happen to them?
