So yesterday while standing in mcallisters ordering our lunch- I turned to my friend and said I need to sit down or I am going to pass out and as I turned to walk to a table- I hit the floor- lost consciousness for about a minute or so- and when I did wake I had no idea what had happened or where I was- it was very scary- a nursing student there checked my heart rate and said my heart was beating very fast- they wanted to call an ambulance- we declined as my son was with me and I didnt want to scare him any more than he already had Been. I sat down amf was sweating profusely and burning up - and I tried to eat a cracker and vomited- then we left and after I ate felt fine- I have been told this sounds like low blood sugar but Ive been checking my blood sugar ever since and nothing abnormal. Today I am just very sore and my neck and back hurt trememdously- I just want to ask for prayers that this was an isolated incident and wont happen again- and that I wasnt injured in the fall.
