So you can make a horse drink in some cases. The gentleman that I confronted a few weeks ago about leaving his children in the car at Starbucks, just walked up to me and asked if I remembered him. I said of course. He say I went home and spoke to my wife about our encounter. She proceeded to explain to him I guess how there have been many deaths and how that was not only a bad idea but tempers are high when involing this. He also stated that he only did this because an officer told him it was not illegal. He also said after our encounter he looked the state statute and will no longer be leaving his children in the car. Not a bad way to start the day.
