Here’s the next person we’re adding to our team: ● Position: Social Media Intern ● Reporting To: Program Manager ● Hire Date: November 2013 ● Location: [remote] (thus this position is not eligible for course credit through the College of Media and Communciation) Primary Responsibilities: ● Support marketing activities for Genuent and, as needed, the Willis Group Talent Acquisition Companies. ● Assist with social media posting and strategy for Willis Group Talent Acquisition Companies, including ○ Managing multiple social media communities. ○ Taking notes during marketing, client, and partnership calls. ○ Reading relevant blogs on a daily basis. ○ Maintaining active profiles on a variety of social media platforms. ○ Support in the development of RFP’s, strategy and capability decks. ○ Developing strategy for new social media and marketing initiatives. ○ Assisting with consultant experience & retention program via phone, e-mail & live chat. ● Additional responsibilities decided by leadership team. Required Skills/Qualifications: The best qualified candidate will demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, superior organizational skills and detail-orientation, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
