Social sector (NGOs) in Pakistan is exploiting our jobless and #jobatrisk wala youth for promoting their funded agendas. Mostly NGOs offer project based short term jobs on contract with an upper hand to kick employees out without any hindrance. Secondly, they pay lesser than what the employees deserve. There is no job security whereas the employer, mostly owner of the family business which they call NGO, is all in all in his/her decisions. On the other hand, these NGOs collect funds in millions of dollars in the name of development and social uplifting. Having no proper check and balance, these NGOs have been looting developed countries with funds for underdeveloped countries. Mostly Paki NGOs are interested in funded international trips which again are mainly limited to free visits of the top 5-10 members of every NGO. Those in the rank and files, mostly #jobatrisk wala youth are under constant threat of expulsion if they raise voice against this drama. Several examples are there. This is time to raise your voice and question their integrity. No more exploitation.
