Some Cup drivers to run in the Snowball Derby: Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola will hold the Sit-N-Charge Snowball Preview Test and Tune on Saturday - a full day of preparation for the cars, drivers and race teams in seven classifications that will compete on Snowball Derby weekend. For Saturdays preview, the gates at the track open at 8am and testing starts at 9am. The track will remain open for practice until 8pm. Grandstand admission will be free on Saturday. Pit passes will cost $15. The Snowball Derby at 2pm Dec. 8 is the culmination of all the activity. The super late model race already has attracted more than 60 entries, even though only 37 cars will take the green flag for the feature event. NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver David Ragan, who won the pole position for last years Snowball Derby, is on the preliminary entry list for the 2013 race. Landon Cassill also is entered from Sprint Cup. Former Snowball Derby winners Johanna Long (2010), Chase Elliott (2011) and Erik Jones (2012) are returning.(Alabama Live) Other driver with NASCAR connections include: Mike Garvey, John Hunter Nemechek, Cale Gale, Ross Kenseth, Kyle Grissom, Grant Enfinger, Chris Wimmer, Steve Wallace, Jeff Fultz, Ben Kennedy, Clay Rogers.(51 Sports)(11-23-2013)
