Some West Virginia State Police are some of the greediest law enforcement officers in the nation when it comes to trying to seize personal property, not only for their organization or government but for their own personal gain. Also, it is not only offenders who are convicted of breaking the law, but at any given time innocence citizens are in the crosshairs for seizure if the bad cops see property and wants the property for themselves. Let’s use a vehicle for instances, the bad cop’s mode of operation is to claim the person with the shiny Chevy Silverado, 2500 Durmax Diesel, 4 door, 4x4 truck was involved with the crime of burglarizing the State Police Headquarters in Harrisville, WV. Thereafter, the bad cop calls a towing company who they are conspiring with to come and grab the truck and take it to an undisclosed location, where the owner of the truck can’t find the truck to even try to get it out of impound. In the meantime the storage bill reaches nearly $3,000 and the bad cop is contacted asking to have the truck back and the bad cop says I’ll get back with you. Several weeks later the bad cops informs where he can call regarding how much to get the truck back and that cash would have to be paid, no checks. So, there you have it. The towing company and the bad cops work together to run the impound bill up hoping people can’t afford the cash impound bill and the shady tow company and the bad cops make deals to who gets the truck or the next victims vehicle. Federal Authorities need to step-in as some of the WV State Troopers are out of control.
