Some cops do take advantage of their position and should be held accountable, as these officers were. What helped this situation to the right outcome was cameras and the man not resisting arrest. My advice to my white children and grandchildren was and still is...respect authority....respect the police....respect your teacher!! True...not all of them behave appropriately, are just and fair, or follow the rules, but that does not give you the right to disrespect their position. You do the right thing, because that is the right thing to do. Be patient. Truth will prevail in the end.
