Some days ago I had been so busy that my place was a mess, many things were disorganized, I hadnt had time to look at my motivational things, and also a few other things were getting me down. Everything had been overwhelming so I went to sleep early and I overslept the next morning. When I woke up I had no energy and felt no desire to work out, so even though I was late for the gym I just stopped everything and just took an hour off to watch all my favorite motivational videos and pictures. It was amazing! After that I felt good as new, I went to the gym and had a great workout. Motivation is so important. Thats why we have to take the time to motivate ourselves every day, otherwise our mind becomes tired and lazy and wants to give up. Sometimes I hear comments from people and they are so negative and pessimistic, I know its because they’re not motivated and their mind is in a bad place. Thats exactly how I felt the other day. Everyone has their low periods, but motivation is what pulls us out! We dont just talk about this stuff, we live it. It works! :) – Gloria.
