Some days are etched into your memory forever, destined to never be forgotten. 9/11 is one of those days for me. I can still remember what I was wearing, who I was with, and what I was doing. I remember the Erie feeling of walking into work and nobodys saying anything as theyre all glued to the radio. I remember watching the bodies jump from the towers. I remember seeing the planes hit the towers. I remember seeing people covered in ash on the tv. I remember the confusion. I remember thinking how impossible it was that THEY touched us on our soil. I also remember how united we all became, US flags EVERYWHERE. I remember at one point u couldnt find one as they were sold out at every place. Every year on this day Im transported back in time and feel it all over again. I pray for our soldiers who have served and are still serving and I bow my head in memory of those who were lost. #NeverForgotten
