Some have it good, some not so good. Some got evacuated whereas some just got coralled. Putting up an evacuation site is not rocket science. These sites need to be safe. In some there are debris that can later on be flying projectiles. Some structures are dilapidated. Food is scarce. Apparently barangay officials are still having a meeting on how to provide for the evacuees. Some have stopped going out to sea as early as Wednesday, for a hand-to-mouth existence that means no food at all.
