I am mourning in a land that made and fritted away over $400 billion dollars from oil sales since 1960. I am in tears because this year alone, the Federal Government Promised to spend 10.7 trillion Naira on the welfare of Nigerians (10.7 trillion divided by 160 million Nigerians equals 66.875 million Naira per Nigerian).
