Some more liberal minded folks I know say that the hate shown to President Obama is what riles them up more than anything. I think that they may be so blindly devoted to the man that they have difficulty in distinguishing between hate for the him and intense, visceral disagreement with his policies and ideologies. Thanks to the spirit of Christ which so undeservedly dwells within me, its not within me I no longer find myself capable of hating anyone. But I can still intensely disagree with their policies and ideologies and do everything I possibly can as an individual to resist and thwart them. Watching this President over 6 years has been like watching a child go through an extended adolescence. Like many teens, he is idealistic, illogical and refuses to accept he may not know everything there is to be known. A lot of democrats say that the hate for the President has racism at its heart. Many of them are just using that as a tool to hold onto the black vote. Many of them actually believe it because it has been hammered into their heads by unscrupulous politicians who are all to happy to use whatever means necessary to keep Americans pitted against one another. It keeps us occupied and keeps our attention off of seeing the politicians true agenda which is to slowly leach away our liberty so they can live high on the hog on our backs and brows. Divide and conquer is a time tested method of a minority which wishes to exploit a majority. Washington wanred us of this repeatedly. Lesson apparently not learned. I think there are many lessons to be learned from this Presidency for all. I think many Americans indicated at the polls last week that theyve woken up. I hope the republicans who were swept into power understand the message sent. Government works for, and at the pleasure of, the people. Do the RIGHT things; not the self serving politically expedient things. STOP your politics of division and get this great country moving in the right direction. Because frankly, the American people are getting pretty pissed off and our b/s meter is running on full tilt. For the moment we have chosen to repeatedly warn you at the ballot box. Youd be wise to take heed.
