Im super affectionate, so be ready for kisses and cuddles! Im only 6-9 months old, so Im not fully grown (58 lbs. now), and Im not fully trained either, BUT....... I am very attentive and responsive, so if youll help me out a bit, we can make a great team. I got lost --- sad face -----in Edgewater Park and I need a new home now. All the commotion here at the shelter has her a little unnerved and jumpy, but once away from the noise and uncertainty she becomes a whole different dog... happy, responsive and obedient. Peanut is 5 years old and weighs a very manageable 50 lbs. She likes other well-mannered dogs and is looking forward to meeting her next new fur-sibling. An ideal home for Peanut would be a quieter one... a family with children over 10 years old and a fenced in yard would be perfect for her! Nikki will do best in a home with older children and no other animals. Our volunteers have been working with Nikki & find that she listens much better after she has been exercised. She knows sit, gives paw, and loves to play fetch. This is a sweet dog that just needs somebody to invest some time in exercise & training her. She really wants to please you. Nikki is about 2-3 years old and weighs in at 62 lbs. If you have a fenced yard and the energy for daily walks, Nikki is ready to go! Nikki is a member of our Pooch With Perks Program!
