Good to have a gym also. House and reception very good, restaurant staff not at same level. Its location tot he airport means I am not anxious about making it to the flight on time. The breakfast is good, but I am usually rushed for it, as my flights are early and breakfast starts at 6 am so I am usually rushed, but the breakfast is outstanding. I usually have dinner the night before at a little town about 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is good food, I recommend the taandori chicken as a favourite.. “It is what it is” - Maccs, Brisbane My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of October 2013. This is the third time we have stayed here, and have never had a problem. People complain about no shuttle bus to the LCCT. If you read the hotel Website it states this, and it should be of no surprise to anyone. The cost of a cab from the LCCT to the hotel was only 45 Ringgit and we used the hotel transfer service for the return trip at a cost of 40 Ringgit.I always find the Check-In at this hotel exceptional, and we were in our room in 5 minutes. The rooms are modern, and I must say the aircraft noise and people coming and going did not annoy us. We had a good nights sleep. I find the hotel covers an expansive area, which allowed me to go for long walks around the property. It even has it own soccer field out the back. You have complementary Wi Fi in the room, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and fresh. I found that Room Service Food was delivered hot, which does not happen in other hotels. Clean and big room. Clean and good bathroom. Nice big breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Fine pool fora quick dip. All in all good stay.
