Some of you are already aware, but the catering services we hired for our wedding last weekend were hired to feed 300 people, but fed maybe half of them, supplied the wrong menu, did not supply hors doeuvres or agreed-upon desserts, and not even any drinks, water being the primary concern. It was a catastrophe! Who saved the day? Jason Heinig, our bartender. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do and ran around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to hydrate our poor guests.
