Some of you are asking me what they can purchase right now just to lose weight, feel good, cut sugar, speed metabolism, etc. The F21 Sugar Blocker is a must. If you can just do 1 product, do the F21 Sugar Blocker. However, I would pair the F21 and the KonLi tea for maximum weight loss benefits. The KonLi Tea comes with 30 tea bags. But 1 tea bag can be used over and over again throughout the entire day. I have replaced all my daily beverages (except plain water) with the Konli tea. I drink about 3-4 large cups between the morning and early after noon. I have so much energy, I do not even drink coffee anymore (and I do not miss it at all!) I alternate the tea with a homemade vitamin water I make. I use 2 quarts of filtered water, 2 lemons (sliced thin), and a thumb-size amount of peeled and sliced ginger. It is so good. I usually make it 2 days before I drink it. So I have a lot infusing going on in the fridge. (there are so many recipes for making your own vitamin/healthy water drinks- that just happens to be one of my personal favorites) I do recommend all 3 products 100% wholeheartedly. But if you can only start with 1 or 2. Follow my advice with the F21 and the KonLi tea. But some benefit from different combinations of the products.
