Some of you know of my love for ramen. A bowl of hot, savory Tonkotsu Ramen at Samurai Noodle in Seattle was always well worth the 3 hour drive. While at Uwajimaya in Beaverton on Thursday, I purchased some frozen and refrigerated packages of Tonkotsu and Cold Ramen and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they both were. Pictured here is the cold ramen I made today. So simple and tasty! Cook the noodles, rinse in cold and serve with slivered veggies and the lemon soy Ponzu Sauce. Of course I added wasabi and grated ginger... Yummy! (Uh, Michelle Robinson, second food post in two days.)
