Some of you may know that I am taking on a new challenge to my 1st NPC Competition in Los Angeles on October 19, 2013. I am in the process of starting a Blog to track the entire experience. Over the course of the last few weeks I have researched Personal Trainer coaches as well as Nutritional Coaches. I have decided to invest in the Nutrition Coach and have faith in my ability to get myself in tip top shape for the competition based on my past training experience with a trainer and me as a trainer. It will be a challenge but I feel the reward will be greater knowing I did it based on my hard work in the gym and studying the art of bodybuilding. I will have the Blog up and running once I receive my 1st week of meal prep from Fit 2 be in your kitchen. I will post the Good, Bad ASS and Ugly truth of my journey, I will have video as well as written blogs. I need all of your support and I hope to Inspire and Motivate all that choose to follow me on this journey to the Big Stage NPC Competition.
