Some one please tell me where in the Constitution power to make rules on what meals, drinks, lip products, breath mints, snacks, fruits, vegetable, home brought lunchs should be allowed in schools? This woman has no more legal authority to issue rules or regulations for anyone or any institution then I do! Her duties as First Lady are to attend White House events, meet and greet foreign dignitaries and their wives, involve herself in charities and special events helping to raise awareness and funds supporting those charities. Not make public policy on any subject. We The People have the right to decide what foods we eat and drink, and most importantly how our children are raised. And no one, not Mrs. Obama, school administrators or any other body has that right. We The People need to take back our Constitutional Rights and quit allowing others with their own personal views on nutrition, personal health, education, freedom of speech, dress, freedom of religion, our own personal safety, or any other issue that removes the right too make our own personal decisions on what is best for our children and our selves. Many times over the years these so called experts have been proven wrong and its time we quit being sheep following the herd, stand up take charge, you do have the power, its called the vote.
