Some people do not think that water is a human right. (Like the dude that owns Nestle: https://youtube/watch?v=4C29_U0Ksao&feature=youtu.be&t=2m) Others, like myself, think that as a basic human need to live, water is a necessity for life, and therefore is a human right. Sure it costs money to provide clean drinking water to every household, but shutting off a household water supply because they are delinquent on their bill is simply cruel, and should not be tolerated. Id be interested to see other perspectives out there on the issue of water as a public right or private commodity.
