Some people dont deserve the jobs they have. Im so disgusted by customer service almost all of the time. Whether its on the phone or in person... Listen. If you dont like people..or the public, If you lack verbal skills or patience..PLEASE get out of this type of work. I sometimes endure screaming kids and their asshole moms for hours with one on one communication while cutting their hair. But I do it calmly..and with a smile. If you dont like your job, it doesnt mean I want to know it or take the backlash. Smile! Be happy you have a job! And thank God for your blessings. Happy FRIGGIN Monday people:)
