Some people saw God and went running. Some people saw God and fell in love. But they all saw God. Some people heard God and bowed in worship. Some people heard God and ran screaming. But they all heard God. It is not with the eyes or ears of the body, but those of the soul. You have to open those eyes to see. You have to pay attention to hear. The noises and lights of this world distract. To begin seeing rightly, want it. Ask God for it. Ask to see and hear. He has never left such a prayer unanswered. He will not leave the seeker unfound. Ask, even if you do not believe. This is the beginning of faith. It is also hope. Later, when gratitude comes, that is the beginning of Love.
