I crossed a draw-bridge that was permanently raised and converted to a bike path. Another $10,000,000 cyclist dedicated elevated bike path built across the river dam. Bridge to fitness and health. Awesome scenery along the Arkansas River between the parks. I posted about 30 pics of highlights.
