Some simple tips that can make a huge difference to your health, fitness and well being - Always Use stairs instead of lifts Drink water instead of soft drinks Eat a salad with every meal Eat a fruit with every snack Drink water before you are thirsty , eat food before you are hungry Never miss your breakfast Never go to gym with an empty stomach Learn atleast 1 new sport or physical activity every year Buy a cycle n go for a ride atleast once a week Go for a short walk after dinner Reduce intake of acidic foods n Alkalise your body by having foods n drinks rich in alkali like wheat grass, etc........for maintaining acid alkali balance in your body Swimming and rowing are one of the best forms of cardio vascular exercises.........try them if you are bored of treadmills and cross trainers......... Keep small monthly or weekly targets instead of yearly targets for your fitness, strength or weight loss/gain goals as they are easier to monitor and achieve........ Keep a cheat day every week where you spoil yourself with all the goodies you like the most as a reward for the hardwork during the week...........
