Some thing to cheer about; it has been experimentally proved (sample size was small) that Mumbai is the 2nd best "honest city" in the world after Helsinki. In this experiment 12 purses with cash(in Mumbai cash was Rs 3000), telephone number and a family photograph were randomly kept on the roads. In Helsinki 11 out of 12 were returned while in Mumbai 9 out 12 purses were returned. In New York 8 and in London 7 purses came back. The worst was in Lisbon where only 1 purse was returned that too by a tourist from some other place. Congrats to the people of Mumbai. I personally feel more comfortable in Mumbai than in Delhi.
