The original superimposition is 2012 as per the URL you shared, but thought to share this specific posting with the ongoing work and Utsumi sans comments on the matter. This is the link to the original blog that says parts of Tokyo hv the same contamination levels as Chernobyls Voluntary evaccuation.This is not the first time that such blogs hv appeared.I hv so cured the net high and low but have not discovered any official either Ukranian , Russian , American or Indian government /official source saying such and such were the voluntary and compulsory evaccuation readings .....maybe its a obvious bit of info in the world of experts but Id feel better if I saw a govt. number on the level ....which no website /think tank in English media hv....wd be great if someone looked for that number. fkuoka.blog.fc2/blog-entry-430.html
