Somedays when you look at Stranraer and its links to the rest of the UK, youd think it was as if they dont wont people to live in the town. The A75 is our link to a hospital which we have to use because our town hospital is inadequate and doesnt have any resources. Nearly 160 miles bumping all over the shop with 30 lorrys hurtling towards you. Pot craters that damage suspension and no option but to venture through them (or risk head on collision with on coming traffic). Im done. Why do we have to pay so dearly for the nhs in our area? We settle for a sub-standard service and god love the staff, they just want to make us better but how can they when they cant even take a childs blood test in the town? Its a farce. Time to move the family to a place where my kids can be treated properly.
