Someone asked about being treated unfairly when it came to decision made between Natuashish and Sheshatshiu, I answered and here is what I said in another post: You want to talk about Natuashish then I will, not as a political wannabe either, I do believe that Natuashish has been treated unfairly, its been going on for a very long time, its part of the division of present and past leaders, its even done by those who arent leaders but are part of IDLP and the Trust. This division is done to families and communities, me me me take take take, thats what Ive noticed and I could clearly see that those responsible do not care, people getting wealthy off the daily struggles of our nation. If something is usually agreed upon or given, it comes with strings attached, not for being fair or caring, its about political points for their own selfish purpose. Im not running because its cool or I have the degrees or because Im part of a certain family, Im running because certain things need to be done for the betterment of our nation. Why re-elect people that clearly failed in bringing our people together? Why elect anyone that stood silent when serious issues were raised by the people? Why elect a person who has and is involved in partnerships and contracts? Why elect someone whos friends and families have everything to gain from inside knowledge for their partnerships and possible multi million dollar contracts? They will stop at nothing to get their way. At the end of the day a true leader would want to make sure that they did their very best for our people as a whole, not just for themselves or their buddies or family. This is the time for true change because after the elections are done, all complaints are useless, they will fight you with lawyers and court and will drag it on until you have no strength left and deny you all services available to you and your family. Elect new faces because new faces = new politics.
