Someone just told me, Compare MCR to a band like Tool and its clear that Tool is better. And to that I say, bands should not be compared to other bands because bands dont go into the music industry to be better or to be compared to other bands. Bands go into the music scene because they love what they do, want to share their talents with the world, and to be able to say that they didnt let anything stop them from pursuing their dreams. Musicians in the music scene put their heart and soul on the line everyday to be criticized, harassed, and made fun of all the time. In no way is it right but it happens. Moral of the story is dont EVER come to me saying, this band is better than this band. Or, This band plays more complex stuff, so they are clearly better. Because I do not believe that any band is better than another. Unless it is BOTDF, Design The Skyline, or Dot Dot Curve.
