[estimates] Mortgage/Rent - $9,000 yr [$800 mo] Cable - $1,000 yr [$80 roughly mo] Car Payment - $3,000 yr [$200 mo] Insurance - $1,500 yr [#125 mo] Food/groceries - $3,000 yr [$250 give or take considering u may have food stamps] Gas - $1900 yr [$160 mo to get to work] Day Care - $7200 yr[$200 a week] Other bills - wont even calculate this Total comes up to $26,600.... Im just going to stop right here. That $30k isnt even $30k because that gets taxed so folks are in the NEGATIVE. Guess what happens for the next 20+ years? SAAAME thing if you dont take a risk... You cannot afford to NOT have a home business or extra income coming in...
