Someone who owns a brick and mortar store should never admit to shopping at IKEA for items BUT...an example of amazing customer service happens to be them-a play place for kids, plenty of family restrooms (with free diapers!), free coffee, salmon dinner for under $5, a million people to answer questions- crazy customer service!! As a college student, I never took the time to study that about them-just wanted cheap furniture :) Now that I am my own store owner, I took some major notes! :)
