Something has been weighing on my mind since the moment I was added to this group. Ill state/ask this is bluntly as possible - while still being tactful. I did not graduate with you. I attended along side you all for many years, starting in grade school...but I did not graduate. I later went on to obtain my GED( purposely missing a total of one question regarding Thomas Jefferson and his policy on native Americans). I absolutely understand that these events are traditionally strictly for graduates, and completely get that sentiment of I stuck it out, you did not. I have been rather formally invited to this function - and would like to extend an offer to gracefully bow out of said invitation...if the general consensus is that strictly graduates should attend. In short, I would like to see you all vote here on this post. Is this reunion to be strictly for the graduating class? Simply reply with yes or no. Thank you for listening, and please know that there will be no hard feelings either way.
