Something is keeping me out of Texas... every time I get ready to go spend 4-6 mo. in Texas, Something comes up and no.. no.. no.. Bert cant go... Well this time it will only be a short delay... You see my mother -in -law lives alone up in northern calif.. my wife flys up every week and spend 3 days & 2 nights ... so my wife is up with mom...wife calls me and states that mom isnt doing so well and her mom has asked her to find a board & care near us for her... TO Hatties with that idea ...I Tell her no Mother in law is going to no damn B&C, So now I will be converting the front 2 car garage and a very large laundry room into a nice sitting room, kitchen-net, bedroom, bathroom.. tomorrow I go to city hall with my plans... Hope Hes in a good mood..
