Something that personally frustrates me to the point of throwing my computer out the window is when I deliver an argument outlining all of the details to why war is wrong and unnecessary, taking the time to exhaustively document the lies sold through the media, to the people promoting the wars all getting paid for doing so, and the many polls conducted determining body counts of innocent civilians. You can give a plethora of evidence and cite a myriad of examples why war is wrong and is only fought to further the interests of war-profiteers, and people will look at all the data presented to them and instead of having a philosophical conversation about how unnecessary murder, and more importantly making excuses for it is shameful and appalling, will argue over the body counts listed in the discussion. So like hey, only 650,000 Iraqis died, not the 1.2 million your source claims, therefore Im totally okay with the war. 650,000 men, women and children being systematically slaughtered to fulfill the economic conquest of corporations was fine, we draw the line in the sand at 650,000, its not 1.2 million so you should just shut up and continue supporting the troops in their servitude to senseless violence and death. I dont care if the body count in Iraq was even 1,000. I think it is very revealing of your character and inner psyche when you resort to such tactics in diverting focus from ones argument. Sending soldiers into someone elses land to line up profits for a group of individuals who make money through lying and killing innocent people is WRONG, and opposing such injustice is a knee-jerk reaction for myself. If you are veracious and informed, you have no excuse to continue supporting the troops in carrying out unnecessary death on our fellow man.
