Sometimes I become tired of seeing women on FB post these annoying pictures of themselves anD then I realize that women have obscurities just like men. They say its just because theyre bored or because they like the pictures they take but at the end of the day it is all still built off of the feeling of needing someone to acknowledge their beauty and figure. I dare every woman in my friends list to go a week with posting a picture- period, when you feel the need to post one, ask yourself why and also ask yourself, how beautiful am I without that shot? I dont need acknowledgment because I already see my worth. Do this for a week.... Maybe even two for some of you and notice a change in how you feel about your figure, your smile, your tummy, your freckles, your dimples, your forehead, your flat chest, your big hips and your kankles. You MUST love yourself first! Seek approval of yourself and of no man or woman because they themselves are suffering from insecurities; we all do. #idoubledogdareyou :)
