Sometimes, as a small business owner, you screw up. While this doesnt happen often, when it does I feel terrible! The best you can do is not defend, admit you screwed up and offer something to try and make up for it. It is humbling to sit in the fact that my oversight cost peoples time and money. I did learn not to rely on facebook messages for communication though and am changing my standard biz practices to be over email rather then Facebook. Lesson learned!
