Sometimes its hard enough to get 1 or two people to work together as a team but when you talk about integrating 5 different business technology systems to work together, share language and do it in under 12 months is really amazing. Christiana Care put together a team of 120 employees to accomplish this process and I am proud to be one of those team members. We pulled it off with minimal errors or drawbacks and to hear from outside companies that we are the FIRST to do this means a lot. I have learned so much in this process that its time to spread my wings and fly higher. Thank you to everyone that took part in the Workday implementation!
