Sometimes life doesnt always go as planned! I found out today that what we thought was causing the pain in my hip is not the problem :( Although we did resolve my rotated pelvis, seems like its something else causing the pain :( Finding out what and why is still in motion. I didnt realize how much pain gets in the way of your life emotionally just as much as physically. I will get to the bottom of all of this and heal but its been such a struggle and frustrating to say the least. People a lot of the time just ignore pain and take it as a part of life. I REFUSE TO!! If life changes in a direction you didnt plan and pain has a different idea for you, make sure you own it and get it away!!! Far away! Recognize it, admit it and change things if need be! Time to rethink some things and concentrate on getting better :) Im not writing this to get sympathy or to complain but I wanted to say thank you to some people. Thank you to everyone who has listened to me cry, whine and whatever lol. You are encouraging and supportive and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. You all know who you are :) I just want to let anyone else out there who is feeling frustrated with chronic pain or an injury (big or small) your not alone. Make sure you surround yourself with people who support and encourage you, it helps a lot.
