Sometimes people you never expected have the most amazing insights and reactions. Michael Maxfield, I want to say thank you for the conversation last night. I dont think you realized how much of an impact it had on me, and how much your words meant to me. Throughout this entire process Ive learned so much about love, and what that means. Hearing words of acceptance, understanding, respect, and love come from sources that you didnt expect is amazing, and makes this life I am living that much more amazing and fulfilling. Having people stand in your corner, no matter what, is uplifting and helps repair some of the other hurts that have happened along the way. To all of my friends who have been systematically standing by my side through everything, I love you. You had no idea at the time, but all of you have helped to save my life, and for that I am eternally grateful and forever in your debt. Leysa Rader and Stephanie Hitsman, you two are the two best friends I could have ever asked for, and your consistent support and unconditional love has made me capable of accepting myself, of living authentically, and of braving this journey. To everyone else, seriously, you have absolutely no idea how truly lucky I am to have the unconditional love and support that you give me, and how much that has changed my life. Sorry for the sappy gush of love, but I cant help it. This is a difficult path to walk, and knowing I will never be alone in this journey fills me with love and gratitude.
