Sometimes we may ask ourselves what good are we doing on this earth? We look at people who seem to have found work perfectly suited to them and we wonder if we are fulfilling our purpose. We thank the Lord for the passage reminding us that he is at work in us bringing about his purposes which are not always clear to us.( Ephesians 3:20-22) We need to remember that the Lord is working amazing things through even the tiniest acts. He take small gifts as he did with the loaves and the fish and he cause them to multiply. The Lord will help us not to look for visible results as we serve him today. He will help us to focus on being faithful in the little things and to trust him with the big picture.
