Sometimes we say things to our friends and family that are not helpful constructive or encouraging you always have good ideas but...I just know you and how you are and...well, looking at your history... are a few of the comments I have heard being tossed around this week. I noticed a friend doing this to another this am and it happened to me just yesterday. I heard something like this again a few days before in yet another conversation. When someone we love runs something by us, shares something with us that they are excited about or thinking about maybe a good way to respond is with positivity and encouragement. Oftentimes negative, critical comments can be perceived as protecting or just being honest or blah blah (and yes, it is good to be honest w each other but what is the true intention behind the words and the vibrations - positive or is there an undercurrent of negativity). But really, something like go for it! if thats what you want to do...why not! Lets not old each other to our pasts or push each other down because we ourselves may be feeling insecure. This is a human tendency and one I am looking at this week because I have noticed it w my conscious mind 3x in one week and it has come loud and clear into my awareness. I want to give my loved ones a sounding board and space to think out loud, change their minds, and basically be completely free to be and feel as they are moment to moment. Acceptance is so beautiful. This long message from just one of many clear moments thanks to MEDITATING. And I have so so much to learn...I love learning...growing...have a blessed day loved ones. Follow your hearts, stay connected to your dreams, and lets allow feelings of confusion, fear or other negative reactions or feelings to become our greatest teachers! There is always room for growth and thats awesome. We dont need to know everything now and cant expect each other too either. Lets give ourselves and each other breaks. If I had listened to all of the negative comments I have been fed and not followed my heart up until now, I would not be where I am today, doing what I love and enjoying the heck out of my work and life. Yeah. Pishaaaa!!! Namaste!!!
