Sometimes when I guide people to put their goals and intentions in writing they’ll say, Theres no need to write it down, its already in my head. Putting your intentions in writing is powerful because it is no longer a thought in your head. It becomes almost palpable. It feels like something youve asserted into the world to help create your reality. As Gary Ryan Blair (the Goals guy) puts it, Goals kept only in your mind have an uncanny way of remaining figments of your imagination.
