Sometimes when one is searching for something in particular, he comes across something else that deviates his attention. I came across some 8x10s that Dennis had taken, and of course broke down in tears. The pictures of my mom and me, made me realize a true meaning of love. Dennis captured moments that proved the happiness I had as a child. Theres no worry, no knowledge of things that would be, no concern of the future. Just a loving moment of Mother and child. The message, I feel for today is. Enjoy every moment you have with your loved ones, make them smile and in return you will feel joy inside. Do not hold on to bitterness, resentment, or regret. The time for those emotions are already behind you. If you are sad at this moment, take your next few moments, stop, and look around or ponder on something that will make you smile. Happiness is patient. It waits for you to call for it, but it will not cut in line. You must ask the stronger, easier emotions to move aside and allow happiness in. Take your children and hold them close to you, even if it embarrasses them, and tell them you love them. This is an unconditional love. They are yours and you are theirs. Know that, feel that and never let that go. Even though its hard sometimes, never take love or life for granted, both can end at anytime. Dont ponder on losing love or life, instead cherish the moment that you have both. Enough for now, I feel wonderful and full of life. Im going to have lunch with one of my dearest friends, a brother if you will, Mr. Gary Paul. Love you all. See ya later
