Sometimes when the enemy seems to be winning, God will raise up one intercessor to, by Christs power, put him in his place! God is able to do more with less than we can imagine. When there seems no hope, remember how God used DAvid and the stone, Elijah and the widows last morsel, remember how He slimmed down Gideons army before He brought the victory. Sometimes He allows seeming impossible circumstances so that, given our obedience reliance and trust in HIM alone, He might display His power and glory to the few, even one, who truly seeks Him. Jesus walks by many in the scriptures...the Pharisees, the onlookers craving religious arguments and miraculous entertainment....Jesus walks right on by many people....but those who hunger and thirst for Him...those like the lady who pressed through the crowd to touch the hem of His garment...to the true seekers who who are hungry and thirsty...He turns with compassion in His eyes, pours out His live, the same love He displayed as He hung beaten and bleeding in the cross, and He says to those who are hungry and thirsty, those who have come to the end of themselves knowing NOTHING on earth can satisfy their deepest inner self....He responds to those that reach out to them right where they are, with compassion in His eyes and says , your hunger and thirst shall be filled. I give you myself, personally. What more do we need than Jesus? Only He satisfies. Dani Miser
