Sometimes when working with a client, I am beyond inspired by their intrinsic motivation. They have a desire to follow through on goals, listen and follow what we map out together and make it happen! This last year I have been working hard with a client, Steve, who brought his mile time down from 7:08 to 6:23, half marathon at 2:00+ to 1:48, push up strength/glute strength/core strength all increased tremendously. His final race was the Tough Mudder which he worked so hard for, and loved! Now, due to some nudging by his coach, he is also doing the Mens Health Urbanathlon. His energy fuels my passion for what I do. Today he surprised me with this card and gift. Cant wait for Baby Bean to wear it...knowing an incredible goal setter he/she will be too!
